Biography
Kevin Kelly is one of Europe’s most dynamic and insightful motivational keynote speakers, with a career spanning over three decades and audiences in more than 30 countries. A bestselling author and expert in sales, motivation and human behaviour, Kevin has worked with some of the world’s leading organisations, including Microsoft, MDRT, ICON Clinical Research and numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Kevin’s fascination with people began at the age of six, serving customers in his family’s shop in the West of Ireland — the first chapter of what would become a lifelong study of what drives human behaviour. After earning a BComm in Marketing, he founded Advanced Marketing in 1990, providing consultancy for SMEs while establishing himself as a sought-after business speaker across Europe.
He is the author of five books and producer of three motivational CDs. His debut, How? When You Don’t Know How, became a bestseller, while his latest title, Do!, was described by Tom Peters as “the book I wish I had written.” His latest venture — an online course titled Close More Sales: A Five-Step Process to Win Hearts, Minds and Deals — applies his signature belief that the most powerful form of AI is Authentic Intention.
Through his proprietary frameworks, including Triple A (Attention, Awareness, Authentic Action) and HERO (Human Engagement and Real Outcomes), Kevin helps leaders and teams move from pressure to presence and from conversations to conversions.
