“Enda delivered an engaging and insightful keynote for the Employers Federation Northern Ireland conference on negotiation skills that engaged the delegates right from the start. The session provided both the theory and importantly gave tools about putting that theory into practice using real-world examples that delegates could relate to. Enda challenged delegates to think differently about negotiation, influence and workplace relationships. His keynote was interactive, thought-provoking and highly relevant to the challenges organisations, face today. Delegate feedback was extremely positive, and I would have no hesitation recommending Enda as a speaker.”
Michelle McGinley, Managing Director, Employers Federation Northern Ireland
“Enda is hugely knowledgeable in the practice of negotiation and was able to flex our session to suit everyone’s needs. He is really gifted at aiding your understanding of the theory through real life examples and I have already been able to effectively use some of the practice he shared on our course.”
Andrea Duncan, Group HR Manager, Dale Farm Ltd

He has consistently delivered exceptional training sessions on a variety of crucial topics, including Exceptional Leadership, Influential Leadership, and Difficult Conversations. His profound knowledge and expertise in leadership development have significantly contributed to the growth and success of our senior leaders. His ability to engage participants and foster a collaborative learning environment has been remarkable. The sessions are always well-structured, insightful, and tailored to meet the specific needs of our business”
Nina Lane, Associate Director – Training, Almac Group
“This is the first time that our entire Israeli, Palestinian and international team and board came together, physically in the same place, since October 7th and the war in Gaza. I can think of few harder challenges for a facilitator than managing that context, and then producing not only concrete strategic outcomes: but also a sense of shared purpose, solidarity and cohesiveness. Enda did all this and much more besides, leading one of the most able, professional, and engaging processes I’ve been part of. I cannot recommend his work highly enough.”
John Lyndon, Executive Director, Alliance for Middle East Peace (ALLMEP)
“One of the best personal learning experiences in my career to date, thank you Enda. Your delivery and engagement was genuine and special. I’m leaving the programme feeling inspired, motivated, and truly grateful. I have strengthened existing relationships and built new and exciting connections.”
Sinead Beacom, Senior Vice President FinTrU
