His thirst for exploration has also led him to hike solo across three continents and, in time, even pioneer the first triathlon to span an entire nation.

James effortlessly captivates audiences with his humour, energy, and meaningful takeaways. His talks offer a refreshing break from the ordinary and, in effect, encourage listeners to think differently about life and work.

Get Stuff Done

Success comes from taking ownership, embracing uncertainty, and making things happen.
By taking micro-risks, focusing on marginal gains, and getting comfortable with the unknown, we can push through hesitation and build real momentum.
The key is to overcome the fear of failure, trust the process, and take action even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
This talk explores how to develop the confidence to jump in, adapt quickly, and turn ideas into reality.

Reinventing Resilience

Traditionally, teams struggle under the pressure of rapid change and uncertainty, leading to burnout and inconsistent results.
