“It’s like someone jammed four batteries into a two battery slot in her back. She’s a stone cold star. She can get you to do anything for her, even things you aren’t used to doing.”

Pat Croce, American entrepreneur, sports team executive and owner, author, and TV personality

“Sandy was amazing! I have listened to many keynote speakers however no one quite like Sandy. She has so much passion and energy and connects with her audience instantly as she is hilariously funny but sincere at the same time. Sandy kicked off our team building event on Thursday evening and had everyone out of their seats dancing and singing. Once again on Friday morning she had everyone up and out of their chairs and delivered a positive andvaluable message. I would highly recommend Sandy for your event!”

Maureen Crocker, Aberdeen Standard Investments

“Sandy Joy Weston’s engaging style was very well-received by our conference attendees. Her energetic presentation was informative, enlightening, and everything that we could have asked her.”

Amanda Trepanowski, Sonesta Hotels

“Her positive energy is contagious! Her enthusiasm attracted a lot of followers that came with her to the conference. Sandy’s topic on The Powerful Impact of Exercise on Your Brain helped our delegates understand the mental and emotional benefits of staying active. Sandy is super kind and so down to earth despite all the accomplishments she made. I look forward to having her again at next year’s DivaGirl Conference Philly!”

Maria Reyes, Diva Girl Conference Founder

“I was so impressed by her abilities and knowledge in her field. Sandy is an incredibly driven individual, and that drive keeps her going twenty-four hours a day. She is hard working, knowledgeable, and so full of energy.”

Ed Snider, American business executive. He was the chairman of Comcast Spectacor, a Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment company that owns the Philadelphia Flyers of the National Hockey League.

“What Vince Lombardi was to the Packers, what Joe Paterno is to Penn State football, what Phil Knight was to the Chicago Bulls, what Jumbo Elliot was to Villanova Track. And what Douglas MacArthur was to World War II, Sandy Weston is to fitness. In the Battle of the Bulge, you couldn’t ask for a more committed and enthusiastic field marshal. She’s like a breeder reactor –the more energy she consumes, the more she produces. She inspires and motivates by any means necessary, pushing and pulling, barking and shouting, going there first, matching you stride for stride, rep for rep, breaking barriers and showing that limits are meant to be defied. Her passion is contagious; her goal unequivocal to turn fat into fit.”

ArtCarey, Philadelphia Inquirer

“Sandy’s commitment to fitness and exercise is exemplary. With her dynamic nutrition and diet programs, exercise routines, and her natural energy, she is inspiring people to change their lives.”

Arthur R. Bartolozzi, MD Orthopedic Surgeon/Team Physician for thePhiladelphia Eagles, Flyers, Kixx, and Phantoms
