Cassie Kozyrkov is a globally recognised leader in artificial intelligence, data and decision-making, renowned for founding the discipline of Decision Intelligence and serving as Google’s first Chief Decision Scientist. Her thought leadership has redefined how organisations, governments and executives think about AI strategy, data-driven decisions and responsible innovation.

During her decade at Google, Cassie pioneered the field that bridges analytics, behavioural science and leadership, personally training over 20,000 Googlers in data-driven decision-making and influencing more than 500 strategic initiatives across the business. She supported Google’s transition to an AI-first organisation, advising teams on practical, ethical and scalable AI adoption.

Today Cassie is CEO of Kozyr, a leading advisory and strategy practice helping organisations unlock the power of AI and smarter decisions. She also serves on the Innovation Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she lends her expertise to high-level economic and technological policy discussions.
